We had to move our one-bedroom apartment from Hamilton (Ancaster) to Ottawa. We had very good experience doing this with Smart Movers Canada! First we had very detailed discussion with Tina. During our collaboration Tina was always awailable to answer our questions. We are more than satisfied with the crew assigned to move our stuff - Vasiliy and Yuriy. They came in time, they work fast and very accurately. Everything arrived clean and non-damaged. They did excellent job! Immediately after receiving payment Tina sent us receipt despite it was a Saturday! We would recommend this company without any reservations!

We were very satisfied with smart movers from the first call to the office until the time the truck was unloaded. Everything was professional, prompt and on time. I have been using this company for the second time. I want to say that I am very pleased with the work of Smart Movers. I had a very fragile thing and I'm very worried for their safety, but the guys packed them very well. No damage! I would recommend this company as well, as it was recommended to me.

This move was a disaster. I went on the internet and picked Smart Movers because Tina assured me that they would do an excellent job. I advised Tina of our home capacity and she said that they had a truck that could accommodate everything. I told her specifically that we had to be out by 5:00 that day. After the truck was half full we were told that everything would not all fit. We had to acquire another truck in a hurry. Then they would not unload all of our stuff at the new house unless we paid them first. Also would not compensate us for the other truck, even though they could not have gotten one on time. Think twice before using this moving company. In retrospect people have told me that reputable companies will come out and take a look and let you know if they can do the
move. Fortunately I think that this will be our last move.

Smart Movers did a wonderful job. Fastest move i have ever had so far. Found no damage whatsoever, friendly and good people. Excellent job, very smart workers! Recommending this company to my friends.
