The good:
-Good advice on roof venting during quotation stage.
-No deposit requested for supplies.
-Work was performed on promised date in a timely manner.
-Roof panels were opened up as requested to remove improperly insulated areas.
The bad (after two tries to contact DLC to remedy):
-I do not have a "paid" invoice stating shingles supplied and installation date for (future) warranty claim purpose.
-The eavestroughs were filled with debris, clogging two downspouts (see photos)
-Flashing was not reattached properly in several locations (see photos).
-Brown silicone was used to seal black flashing (see photos).
-Shingles do not sit very flat on roof even though original shingles were removed. I was told that once the summer heat arrives they will flatten out.
-In some areas the shingles look worn (see photos).
