Jay and his team built an excellent fence that looks great and is quite sturdy. They came back and fixed up a couple of little things, no extra charge. Overall it looks really good and I would use them again.

I have owned this home for almost 19 years. In that time I have had to replace the exterior steps twice before. Both prior products deteriorated over the years and literally broke apart in winter and washed away in spring. Past steps had cost on average $7,500 each time. I had Jay quote with 2 other companies and he was in the middle this time around however he offered a superior stone product (Not the poor quality fabricated concrete we used before) AND he guaranteed his work and walked me through each and every aspect for the Job. Jay along with his foreman Howard were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and focused on getting the job done right. I had a few slight tweaks requested at the end of the project and he was only too happy to oblige. Clearly he cares about what his customers think and values their input and satisfaction with the end result. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Green Side Up after reading several reviews online. I am beyond thrilled with my new living space. Jay took my vision for my backyard and created something even more beautiful than I had imagined. Jay and his crew are professional, reliable and very hard working. I was very impressed with Jay and how he kept us up to date as our project progressed. It is obvious the pride his crew takes in their work, they kept the job site in pristine condition and even tarped my whole project when the forecast called for rain. I would highly recommend Green Side Up to anyone looking for a landscaping project! I will be using Green Side Up for all my future projects!

Jay and his crew put in new sod for the front and back yard, as well as a new side fence. They also had to rework a sump pump discharge line that was done incorrectly from another contractor.

Courteous, professional, delivers a quality product on time and within budget......why would you hire anyone else!!!!! I found Jay on homestars and can attest that he and his team deserve the kudos and high satisfaction ratings they have scored. Jay updated our front yard by installing new steps, a new patio installing a retaining wall and a walkway on either side of the driveway. He converted our backyard into a low maintenance space using pea gravel and river rock. Jay keeps you updated on your project and makes adjustments as required. We will hire Jay in the future for landscaping work and have no hesitation in recommending him

Jay and his crew installed a new interlock driveway, removed 140' of fence surrounding my yard, and replaced it with new. Great work, fast and left everything very clean. Jordon the crew leader took the time to finish everything with care. We are very happy with the finished product.

We had a stone patio built by Green Side Up in June, and it was a pleasure working with Jay, Jordan and their team. Everyone was polite and hard working, and did a fantastic job on the patio. Not only did they do great work, but they also avoided having to remove our mature cedars, and rented a special mini excavator that they could fit through our side gate. Their estimate was reasonable, and Jay was very good about keeping us in the loop about the stages of the project, whether it was updating us on the project schedule, or discussing material options. He is a great guy - so easy to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Our son is obsessed with 'diggers' and Jay let him sit in the machines to experience the 'real thing'. The final product is absolutely beautiful, with nice slate stones and natural stone steps. They completed the project on time, and exceeded our expectations.

Jay is awesome. He was very prompt to reply to our request on a quote as well he held true to the arranged appointment time even through a peak season. Jay offered us varying solutions to choose from. In the end we had decided to hold off until the following season on the project, however he still set us up with his arborist in the meantime. Jay’s kindness and generosity is overwhelming and we truly look forward to working with him and his team in the future.
