Jay and Grant were punctual with their phone calls and visits and kept me up to date with every step of the project. They were very concerned with my satisfaction to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Post installers installed the posts and fence installer installed the fence, which is something I have learned is necessary. I have dealt with multiple trades building my house and specific trades need to do their specific jobs - if you have a trade saying they can do multiple things, find someone else. Greenside up had the right people do this job. I would recommend Greenside up for a fence job.

Having gone through a major renovation, involving several contractors, I've been exposed to a wide range of skills/personalities/etc. I am very happy to say that Zach and Jay are two of the most honest, reliable and responsive contractors I've dealt with. We live in an old (100 year ) midtown semi that we've been renovating from top to bottom over the past couple of years and had one final bathroom to overhaul. We sourced a few quotes and decided to go with Greenside because the prices were fair, pictures of their prior work looked great and, most importantly, they seemed reliable. We had family visiting for the holidays and needed to be certain the work would be completed on time. Zach took the necessary steps (worked longer hours, weekends) to make sure it was completed on schedule after we encountered some unexpected issues (which is understandable given the quirks of old homes). While we did end up paying a bit more than the initial quote, the increase was fair it was due an increase in scope of work (we wanted to increase amount of tile work) and the need to involve another specialist (to move a radiator), both of which we were prepared for at the start of the project so we weren't surprised. If I ever had any questions, Zach was quick to answer my texts / phone calls right away. Highly recommend Zach and Jay!

Jay at Green Side Up made this a delight. While currently living in England, a failing retaining wall and fence could have been a nightmare back home. Jay and his team made it as painless as can be - facetime video to discuss the work on site, as well as regular photos and videos to show progress - if you are away or a very busy individual, this type of service is so critical. To top this off the work itself was very well done and puts the original builder to shame. I had the fortune to be back just as it was finished and saw the quality first hand as well!

Green Side Up currently did a superb activity of tearing down our antique fence and replacing it with a brand new one. Their pricing become honest and the men who did the paintings have been professional, did a brilliant job on the development of the brand new fence and wiped clean up any particles after the work became accomplished. We were thrilled with their paintings and would not hesitate to suggest them!

I'll start by saying that Jay and Team were awesome, professional, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat (and recommend them to others)!

Jay visited our property multiple times to facilitate the quote process, and worked around our busy schedules.

He immediately set the tone as a knowledgeable, yet practical and reasonable contractor. It became very clear that he was an individual you could trust.

That trust factor was called upon and proven true during our job when the complications arose. Jay took care of us and rectified the issues immediately without any questions or hassle.

Kudos to Jay and Team for building our fence. While we don't want to put another one up for a long time, we look forward to working with their crew in the springtime for landscaping work.
