Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

This is my second time using Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning; very pleased with the service provided. Would recommend them to friends and family. Will use them again in the future.

Rupert and his team worked hard to find the clog in my vacuum and clear it. They were very thorough. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I have been using Rupert and Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning since I moved downtown to my old but renovated semi -detached 5 years ago. He is punctual, professional and courteous. He goes beyond his call of duty and has spotted a few issues in my home that required attending to and has provided advice as to how to maintain my home. He is trustworthy and his prices are reasonable compared to other service providers. As a single woman who owns a home I often feel as though I am being ripped off - BUT NOT WITH RUPERT - he is straightforward and direct. Thanks Rupert.

Called big Rupert and Brown to have my ducts cleaned. They were right on time. The job was well done, I can breath well in my home again. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants clean air in there home. They get the job done.

I'm a customer for last 3-4 years with Rupert & Brown. As alway job was fast and well done. Company curtesy was dryer vent cleaning. Rupert again have explained what job will be done. Brown took some time to advise me about air filter positioning to avoid air draft in filter compartment of my new furnace.

I got in touch with Mr. Rupert and his cleaning staffs base on recommendation from friends. Mr. Rupert and his cleaning team are professional, They took their time to assist my family to remove all personal item parked in the basement where the setup of the duct cleaning equipment will be hook-up . We should have remove all items and keep the area clean for them to come in and work.

Rupert and Brown came into my home and I was so pleased with their immediate kindness. I have 3 cats and Brown was concerned that they would be scared of the noise so we worked out a plan to ensure they felt as safe as possible given the circumstances. Rupert greeted me from the vehicle with a smile and showed me how necessary their work was once he pulled the dirt from my ducts. The gentlemen were on time...I was not kept waiting until the later end of the time frame they had given me...in fact they came right at the beginning of the window...very important so that I could go about my day and run errands I thought would have to be put on hold.

Overall, I was happy to have these men in my home and would welcome them back anytime for future work!
