Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

Rupert and Brown cleaned my ducts, furnace, air conditioner, dryer exhaust and bathroom exhaust. Rupert called ahead to let me know their were ahead of schedule, which was super with me.
Rupert put down cushioned tarps to protect my hardwood from the large tubes used. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. They were cheaper than other places that I called and did more than I expected.

The 12 point team did a great job cleaning the vents and ducts in my home. I had extensive renovations done months earlier and I certainly needed the work done. They took the time to explain what they were doing. Rather than quote over the phone they came to the house to see what needed to be done, rather than sell me a package with features I did not need.

We called Twelve Points in this week for full service that was very overdue. They called before they arrived and were there right on schedule! They pre vacuum and brush the vents before to ensure they get everything. They also provide before and after pictures to show you what they have done. Rupert and his team were friendly and helpful. We have an old house and the air flow to the second level is not great. Rupert helped to balance the air flow so one the rooms gets better circulation. The price we paid was less than some of the other companies we looked into. We would definitely recommend Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning and will be calling them again.

I hired 12 Points for duct cleaning, as well as furnace & A/C coil cleaning. Rupert and his team were amazing! Very professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. Rupert and his team were great. They called to say on the way and when they arrived they were friendly and professional. Rupert took pictures of the motor and ducts. The motor was really bad and when they were done cleaning it I thought a new motor was installed. The air flow in the upper bed room was horrible but after the work i could feel the stronger flow. They went above what I expected and even sealed holes in the duct work i had no idea about. On top of all that they did a pre vacuum on the vents to limit any dust in the air. Very happy with the team and i will be calling them again.

The service provided was A+ as they first conducted a complete evaluation of the house and provided pictures of the current conditions to show the diagnosis.

Although it wasn't what I initially intended to spend or preform; it has proven to be a well assessed resolution as the house cools and feels better than before.
