Installer arrived considerably much later than expected but Calgary Home Services did keep us apprised.
The gentleman was very pleasant. Unfortunately the gas connection was not properly done and, unbeknown to us at the time, gas was leaking into our home.
It took some days before we could really smell the gas and the gas company (Atco) was called to come out, on an emergency basis and the valve connection was fixed appropriately by tightening the screw. The company was contacted and a response was received by email.
The matter is now closed but the company will be contacted should we have any further concerns.
