Time to upgrade the hot water tank according to my insurance company since they would not cover any damages should the 10 yr old tank burst.
Spoke to a few companies but was impressed with my discussion with Moshin's explanation and knowledge.
Fortunately I was able to get the new hot water tank installed later that day.
Would definitely recommend and would call them again. Maybe for a new furnace in the future.
