Chi Co came immediately to give me a quote and then did all the work on time, as promised. He actually ended up doing more than promised (patched up holes in the drywall, painting) because he had more time than he thought. He did the extra painting that we were going to do afterwards just because he had more time! He also fixed some things that were broken and offered to do more (at no extra charge).
