Kovar Contracting Inc a Division of Kovar Roofing Inc.

We had Jason and his crew replace my mother's problem roof last year. They were very thorough and looked after every conceivable detail. This year they replaced our roof for us as well. A great team dedicated to quick response, quality products and customer satisfaction.

Had Kovar's guys come in and re-insulate and re-roof our sun room and replace a skylight on the main roof.

Asked for a labour and materials estimate from four different contracting companies, and decided on KOVAR for the following reasons:
- They responded to every one of my questions (and I had a lot of them) with patience and respect, and provided thoroughly thought-out answers
- They dropped by several times for measurements, to chose the siding and match the colour exactly, drop off samples.
- When I discovered that my siding was GENTEK and the exact colour, KOVAR opened an account with GENTEK so as to provide me with exactly what I wanted.

I cannot count how many questions and times I contacted them by text, phone, and e-mail. But, I can tell you how pleased I was with the entire process, and especially with the finished product.

One day my husband called me and said "Alex is an artist!" I asked why? He told me that Alex was putting in the corking with his finger and making sure that it was done perfectly! We have shown the finished work to several people, and each time my husband relays the Alex-is-an artist story.

We are very pleased with the process, the finished product, and with how KOVAR personnel treated me every time.

We highly recommend KOVAR, and they are now in my book! My go-to to company!

Got a problem with the roof in May; blown off shingles; a fair patch.
FRI over night. Just one phone call made it.
A live person on the other side - a rarity these days, isn't it -
very knowledgeable and professional, recall, it was the owner,
Mr. Kovar. Appointment - fixed within a minute.
After about an hr (might have been 2 max) a young roofer showed up.
Also acting professionally, explained what is needed after a recon of the roof and went to work. Was watching him, knew exactly what he was
doing. Within 'bout an hr the roof was fixed, looked as if nothing happened. Debris cleaned. No mess left.
Was the first on the whole street with roof fixed before noon after
over night storm. What else to say;

Great team, very receptive to our feedback, Jason has a very dedicated group of guys that did a great job. They communicated clearly about scheduling and planning even though the weather was not cooperating. They showed up early and worked diligently all day, the debris from the job was all cleaned up very well by the time they left and the roof looks great!

Called Kovar as we had some roof damage from the wind storm a week ago. Jason, who answered the phone, explained that he could send someone out within the next few days. Surprised, the roofer (Jamie) showed up today - same day! Jamie was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He quickly fixed our area of missing shingles and checked others in the area just to make sure others were not loose. He cleaned up his debris and gave me a full report on what he did and the overall shape of our roof. These 2 guys were above and beyond my expectations, and when it comes time to replace our roof, I have no doubt I will return to them to complete the job

They came in to access my attic and topped up the much needed insulation and cleaned up very professional

Kovar Contracting was very professional, answered all of my questions about the estimate, provided high quality work, and was on time and on budget.
