Respectful/Knowledgeable/Fair Priced:
I've calling numerous companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. Doctor Rooter not only gave me a quote without hesitation but offered to come over within the hour. He took great pride in his work and refused to leave until he was able to complete the job fully. The last plummer said it couldn't be fixed completely and said I would have to call him every 5 weeks. Its refreshing to know there are still companies out there who care about the customer not just the money. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them in the future for any work needed.
