Doctor Rooter

My friends recommend us Doctor Rooter to replace our old driveway. We liked the price they gave us. Sergey with a crew were well organized. They started early in the morning and stayed till the job was done. It took for them less than a week to complete a project. Now we have a new good looking driveway and we are looking forward to waterproof a basement with Doctor Rooter this summer as well.We dont have any hesitation to recommend this company. Good job

After last summer's flood we realized that the house wasn't as up to date as we thought. I hired Doctor Rooter to do a complete water proofing and they did an excellent job. Their staff was polite and the work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

I called doctor rooter for emergency service late in the evening. I tried to find out myself where the

leak was coming from, but everything seemed okay. They send their technician within 1 hour, after

the inspection, he diagnosed that copper pipe that goes between levels got rusted and leaking . It took

2hours for them to fix it all, cut the hole in the ceiling and replace that rotten piece, also cleaning up.

I liked the way they work, very competent and hardworking guys. I will call doctor rooter in case of

anything.

Oleg and Bill were very professional, friendly and helpful. They installed a backup sump pump in our new home correcting some poor work from the previous contractor. They also went to great pains to clean up afterwards....always a good sign.

We choose Doctor Rooter in part of recommendation and after reviewing them online. They installed a

backwater valve for us, the cost was almost covered by the City, we basically paid only for the labor. The

work was completed as promised, we already passed the inspection, and they also helped us with the

paper work for the rebate from the City. It is a great company to deal with!

There was a heavy blockage in the main drain. I considered that snaking would help, so we searched for a drain company in Toronto. Sergei and Oleg from doctor rooter came the next day, they tried it and unfortunately didn't get it, though camera inspection showed a clog of dirt, wastes that were building up there for a years. After the inspection we decided to go with them, the price was reasonable, and they were very clear about the size of the issue and upcoming job. The work was postponed due to weather conditions and few days ago we had it completed. Guys who worked on the site were quick and well organized, they finished within two days and left our front yard nice and clean.
