Sales rep Jim and the team at Platinum did a good job dealing with build and installation of an odd size side entrance. Everyone involved from sales to installation were focused on getting the job done right. Very happy with the resultimg product and installation. A team of real professionals.

Wow! Platinum Windows and Doors did an amazing job! We wanted to get two entry doors replaced (front and rear) and basement windows replaced. From the initial visit (Scott was amazing!) to the install, everything was perfect. The installers did a fantastic job - being a century home, things were not level - yet they were able to get everything hung in place (without out swaying- the doors stay open when they are meant to stay open and shut when they are meant to stay shut). The doors and windows are of excellent quality. The installers were able to get the job done in just one day - another amazing feat - and they left our home spotless!

Got Platinum Windows contact through my neighbour, talked to Maggie. She is wonderful very helpful for a newbie like me, walking through the process and scheduled an appointment. Jim came for initial assessment for the windows and invoice. He took time to explain different options, models, standards rebate program, initial costing and initial cheque paid with estimation of delivery by 12-16week They scheduled a technician review did the measurements in a week or two. By 12weeks Maggie called back to schedule actual fixing day.. Vaow the 3 member team were super cool and very professional folks, went an extra mile to do late hours and completed the work within a day and the finish looks sick.. Jim calls up and confirms we are happy with the work as sign off.. Really impressed with them in all fronts.
