We recently replaced our 2 year old windows from another company who shall remain nameless. Our old windows were not performing to our standards even though they were 2018 windows. Jim, our sales consultant, understood our situation and suggested windows that would resolve our concerns. The windows we bought from Platinum windows are far superior in quality and performance. They look amazing and we could not be more pleased. The installers Zoran and assistant were fantastic!! They are highly skilled. They removed the existing trim and put the existing trim back on the new window frames without so much as a smudge. That's talent and professionalism at its finest!! They were efficient, thorough, quick and left a neat and tidy area when they were finished. We highly recommend Platinum windows and doors to anyone needing good quality windows and superior installation at a fair price.

Excellent service from sales through to installation. We had two sets of double door fibre glass installations at the front of the house. High quality doors with amazing curb appeal! Scott our salesperson was highly knowledgeable and spent the time going though our options with materials and the pros and cons. Scott came to our house to see where the doors would be required and we also met him in the showroom to get a better feel of the finished products. The installers were courteous and kept the work area clean from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company for high quality exterior doors.
