We called them to fix our washer that stop agitating the clothes. A technician came, review it in less than 15 minutes and conclude that there was nothing broken, that it should work. He did not want to stay for a full cycle, so we can see it working. He charged us $90 for a 15 minutes visit. When we tested the full washing cycle, the washer was still broken. We contacted the company again, to ask the technician to come and take a second look, they refused and told us that to fix the washer we will need to pay $370 in labour plus $599 in parts. Our washer is pretty simple and we buy a brand new one for $600.
