You also, very kindly worked with my schedule and sent a very capable person (Don) to fix my LG washer. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my machine. He asked pertinent questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He provided me with a choice of repair or replace, the costs and the differences. He also provided useful advice on what to do with the machine in the future. His estimate for repairs was bang on with my internet research as to what to expect. I agreed and the job was done in an hour! I would be happy to use your services again.
Hi Koby, I just want to thank you, Don and Quickfix once again. After reporting my leak this morning, Don was in contact within a couple of hours and arranged to return tonight. He diagnosed the problem (faulty clamp) replaced it and after running through a quick cycle, we determined that all was fine again. No charge. I continue to be impressed with Quickfix Appliances.
