An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I've moved a lot & hiring these guys was the best move I ever made. They were super professional, kind, hard working & fair! It's very hard to find that description in most any customer service oriented biz these days. I will be referring these to anyone & everyone!! They took great care like it was their things we were moving. I also had to take my apt door off to get my couch in. Never anything but focused determination. I feel sorry for anyone who moves without them!
