An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called TSC Movers only a few days before my move, and they were as professional as moving companies come. In advance, they provided me with all information needed (the number of men who would help with the move, their policies, their price, the cash vs. credit card rate, etc.). They also within a matter of hours, faxed their insurance information to my new building and were approved. The day of the move, there were 3 men who helped, led by Joel. I've never had a move go so quickly - they had moved all of my stuff to the truck within 3 hours, and the total move was only 6 hours, which is very reasonable and less than most companies). Joel and team were extremely careful with my items and nothing was damaged. In addition to that, they all worked really well together. I received several quotes from several flat rate companies, and all of those estimates came out higher than what my total moving costs were. I highly recommend this moving company and certainly will be using them again.
