From our first connection with Edgar to review the project scope until completion, the NAVCO team were hard working, efficient, courteous and professional. A detailed estimate with a fair price was provided to us within a day of the site review. Effective communication, as the project progressed, kept us informed of any additional items encountered that were being addressed, as course of construction, to provide a high quality installation. The project was looks great and was completed in an organized manner with safety measures followed by the crew while on the roof. We appreciate that our landscaping and home finishes were carefully protected daily before starting work and that a complete site wide clean up was done at the end of each day. Well done NAVCO!! Unbelievable service and quality right from the start! Great value...you can tell they know what they're doing and are professional through and through. Edgar worked with me on the planning side and made it fit my budget without feeling I was giving up any quality. The crew was scheduled to show up on a Mon and they were there the Fri before getting the fascia up. They came back on the Sat and out another full day in. On the Mon a 12 hour day so as to finish roof and back Tue to finish the flashing and painting the rest of the fascia. I was asked if we had the paint and they did all the work...all in the price! The site was cleaned every day before leaving and what materials they had left for the next day we're neatly piled out of the way. Very friendly staff that took the time to answer any and all questions never making you feel you were holding them up. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. Everything about them is class. The company that came in to do the gutters had great things to say as well and they were done in an hour and change.

Edgar and his team recently replaced our aged roof. Very quick to quote and keep within a budget we could afford. Workers were awesome with great clean up. Have done 3 other roofs over the years with this and other properties and Navarro was the best we have dealt with!

We were very pleased with the work that Navco Construction did on our roof. They were attentive to all the finishes that needed to be done and easy to communicate with. The crew cleaned up everyday and were very respectful of our property and gardens.

Navco did an excellent job replacing the deck - replacing 6 windows - waterproofing the foundation - I would highly recommend their services - easy to deal with and fairly priced

Navco installed a shingle/metal roof and were also in charge of our deck waterproofing for our new house. They took great attention to detail and were priced very comparatively. Great hard working family. They also installed a new roof on a rental building I own in lower lonsdale. I would definitely use them for other projects in the future. If you are looking for honest people that work hard and provide great value and quality look no further.
