I live in a gated community where houses a due for a new roof.

For the last two months we have seen 5 different roofing companies working around here and before I decide I waited to see the quality of the job, the care that workers were taking while installing, the materials they use and its quality , how clean they left the place after finishing etc.

The presentation by Edgar was very well done and in a vert professional manner unlike his competitors. He had a lot of patience with our assembled group to go over all the aspects of replacing our roofs.

Removal & disposal of old cedar roof replaced with Duroid. Crew was very helpful completed daily clean up, & maintained original schedule.

The initial quote was well presented, competitive and very clear in explaining installation details and breaking down costs. The roofing crew arrived on time each morning, worked steadily throughout the day and cleared the work site thoroughly at the end of each day. Nearing the end of the job, the Navco workers were kind enough to paint around some second storey windows that would have been very difficult for me to reach - it was a great finishing touch to the overall look of my new roof.

Navco crew removed the old gutters and downpipes on a 25 year old 2 storey home, then installed new 5" aluminum gutters and down pipes. The new system included roof extensions and funnels as well as a debris box. The new system is far superior in functionality and upgraded the appearance of our home.

From our first contact with Edgar who gave us a quote, to the installation crew leaving the site when the job was finished, all work was done in a highly professional and efficient manner. We were able to have the work done within 2 weeks of receiving our quote. Installation, clean-up and removal of debris took less than a day. The crew was very respectful of our home and yard, and ensured that everything was cleaned up and left in excellent condition.
