Got it covered roofing did my flat roof two years ago and I recently found water coming inside around the masonry chimney. The guys came promptly, inspected the chimney with me there, and found the flashing was still perfect. They said the problem was actually the concrete parging around the outside of the brick chimney was cracked and that's where the water was getting in. They suggested I hire someone to redo the parging. I asked how much it would cost and they thought it would cost about $2000 and then need redoing at some point. I mentioned that the chimney was no longer in use since I had installed a high efficiency combination boiler and on demand hot water heater which vented out the basement wall. They then said they could simply remove the chimney above the roof, fill the hole with plywood and put roofing over that. All for $850. The decision was a no-brainer. They came the next day and did the work. We just had a big rain and the chimney at the bedroom wall is bone dry!

Jamie gave a completely accurate quote, he and his crew came the day they said they would, and they did a great job, and cleaned up so it looked like they were never there. Took a leaf blower around the lawn too! Thanks for the great work on the roof before winter!

We were desperate. It has been a particularly wet winter and spring. Our contractor who did our renovation was refusing to come back and fix his shoddy work on a newly installed bathroom vent. Every time it rained, the water leaked in through the vent and was damaging our ceiling in the new ensuite bathroom and causing electrical issues. I used Homestars to find someone to come and help us. This company was the only one that came right away (at the end of the day to fit my schedule), was honest about what the issue was and what it would take to fix - as well as when he could do the repair. He came back before the repair to tarp the roof to avoid further damage since he saw the weather forecast was for more rain. Sent me a text to let me know what he was doing and why. Crew was super effective the day of the repair, they showed up early and asked permission to start ahead of time. They only fixed the side of the roof that needed repair and gave us an estimated time that the remainder of the roof had until it needed replacement. WTH an honest contractor !! I would highly recommend this company. The owner operator is an honest hard working young man focused on good quality work. His crew was super polite and very diligent in ensuring all garbage and nails were removed. They even played with the dog when they took a much deserved water break. These are the guys coming back to finish the rest of my roof this fall....but as the company owner said, only if it looks likes it needs it !

Got It Covered replaced my roof in 2012. They did not tarp the garden as promised. They scratched rear windows with flying debris.
I called them about 6months ago as we were experiencing a leak around the rear dormer. They did show up looked around and sprayed something around the dormer-this however did not resolve
the issue. Called them again and was put off several times due to out of town emergencies. Was them promised they would come to have a second look to see if they could remedy the problem-but never heard back. A new roof should last longer than 5 years.
