An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We were referred to National Star Roofing by a friend. They were prompt all the way from the first phone call to the end. We were explained the process and products available in detail and we chose the lifetime asphalt shingles. After comparing the quotes received and checked the companies, we trusted National Star with the job. They proved to be better than we expected. First, due to a defective gutter helmet we installed the last time, all the wood on the edge of house and garage were rotten, 29 pieces. We expected the bill to be higher after the wood was replaced, but were surprised when they charged us only for material. We were ready to pay but they insisted. They exceeded our expectations when they installed plastic netting in the eaves to keep the leaves away. We are seniors and cannot clean the gutters, so that was very nice. National Star works with the Motto that “Everything has to be done right the first time”. Necessary tree pruning was done at no charge, the crew were very pleasant, efficient and clean up was amazing. We are very pleased with this company and will recommend them as Roofers with 10 Stars.
