SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!
Booked a living social deal, called to schedule. Needed a morning appt, so had to wait several weeks, which was fine because I couldn't accommodate other times they offered earlier in the month.
Comes to Thurs am, appt scheduled from 8-10 am. My husband stays home, and NO SHOW! No call to say they were delayed either. So I called them, at 10:15, and told they were 45 min to one hour before arriving. I was unimpressed. Very inconvenienced and had to skip things planned for the day waiting for them. 12:15 pm comes and still no show. Called them back. Get a call back, so because I told them that this type of customer service would not look good in my review, they told me they weren't coming at all today and to call living social to get my money back!!!! Wow. And upon explaining that one part of a review can be negative, but if they came and did an excellent job, that part of the review could be great, the girl still told me they wouldn't be coming. Serious complex with negative feedback, and very childish office admin in my opinion. Do not recommend this company!

Thanks for your review. Sorry we could not set you up with a earlier date for your duct cleaning appointment. As our promotion on living social had a high number of sale. Our techs were running late the morning of your appointment. We called you and advised they would arrive in 45 mins. As our office opens at 10 am. You replied to our call " I guess your workers are not working today. I will be sure to leave you a negative review ". All this just for a 45 mins delay. We assumed you did not want our service as you hung up the phone and did not answer our multiple calls. We get a call from you at 12pm asking where are the tech. And as you were expecting them and did not give us a heads up. I'm sorry you could not try our service. Have a great day.
