Bledi responded quickly to our request, came to give a quote and returned on an agreed upon date to do the job. His quote showed a breakdown of costs and his workmanship was good.

I needed a small porch eaves put on. Bledi was so professional and courteous. They did the job quickly and cleanly. It looks great and matches. He also added an extension on another spot that has been a problem for me no extra charges. My husband and I are very happy.

I had a drip at one end of the gutter....he was able to make a small catch-all trough to collect the drip, and on the other end, I had to replace an old downspout and problem solve an issue with another drip coming from the gutter.
This gutter was very high up, and not easy to get to.
He found the problem, fixed it (even though it was very awkward access), and completed the work successfully.
I look forward to the next rainfall to see how much better the eaves works!
One final note, I appreciated that Bledi didn't complain and trash the previous installation. It's really bothersome when the tactic of a trade is to advise the client how crappy the previous installation was, and why everything should be removed and redone.
