Sami come to fix my gas oven,he find out what was the problem right away .He was fast,professonal,polite and he know how to fix my stove . I am very thankful for him,because it was just before Christmas and I had to do all of my baking.
Thanks for Sami I did all of my baking on time.

Dishwasher electrical connection - we are very impressed!

As part of our kitchen reno, we needed an electrician to connect our new dishwasher. Energytech Appliance Repair gave us a reasonable quote and sent a technician on the same day at no extra charge. The technician, Steven, came in the middle of a snow storm. Even though it was late, did not rush the job but gave it his full attention. After finishing, he discussed with my husband details about the rest of the installation work and even promised he would check with his colleagues some installation details. By noon on the next day, he phoned as promised with information. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We are very impressed with this young man. Thanks Steven! DD, North York

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Sami. My gas dryer was running but there was no heat. I called EnergyTech late in the day. Sami answered himself (no need to leave a message and wait for a call back). He book an appointment with a 2 hour window for arrival the next day. He arrived when he said he would and fixed my drier within one half hour. He even vacuumed the inside for me! GREAT service! I would definitely recommend EnergyTech Appliance Service Inc. and would use their service again in the future. Thank you Sami.

Outstanding service!

Service call to look at my gas stove since I had smelled gas when I turned on the oven. Tech showed up in the 2 hour timeframe as promised. He looked over everything, was very thorough and turned out there was not an issue. If they were not an honest company, they could have just replaced a part and charged me hundreds of dollars and I would not have been the wiser. I was just charged for a service call and he was here for over 45 mins. He also explained the inner workings of the stove in detail to me, and gave me tips around running the fan above the stove whenever the appliance is in use to ensure safety. Highly recommend!

Gas Oven Fixed

EnergyTech Appliance Service fixed a gas oven that I needed repaired. The oven took a long time to heat up - our technician (Sami) quickly identified the problem and fixed it in about 30 minutes. They arrived less than 24 hours after I called for the appointment. Sami was very knowledgable and friendly. Great experience - Thank you!

Was very pleased with service called at ten am repairman arrived by noon. Stove was fixed by one thirty. He had the part needed and made sure everything was clean and tidy. All back to normal in a matter of a few hours. Thanks for the great service Sami.

Repair to gas dryer

Sameer came on the same day as called on Sunday of the long weekend. Our dryer was spinning but not heating. It's an older Maytag. He diagnosed the problem for $70 as a faulty ignitor caused by being caked in lint. He did not have the part but told us he'd call on Tuesday (Monday is holiday). He called and came on time and installed the part and even vacuumed the dryer housing of lint too. ($70 labour + $80 parts). About 2 months ago, Sameer also fixed our gas stove. Both appliance are working well.
