We had been dreading our renovations for the past two years as it would mean needing to remove tile on a solid concrete slab. We're in a condo downtown, so this seemed like a daunting task, noisy, messy, and likely to annoy neighbours. One night I googled to see if someone could help out and came across Enviro Surface Removers. From initial contact, our experience has been nothing but positive. Blair responded within an hour, and as they were doing a job in the building next door, Bob came by to take a look. I booked them, and in one day they removed all floor tile, as well as bathroom wall tile. I had left for the day to not have anything to do with it, and came home to super smooth concrete floors and a cleaned up place. We have since installed large floor tiles without any issues and are very happy with our new floors. Very happy with the work, great communication, friendly, and they leave your place clean. Would highly recommend!
