Long overdue review. Had Crown replace windows at my house back in Dec 2019. Eric and team did an amazing job with the installation and made sure I was satisfied. They were upfront that they may not be able to provide the cheapest quote but you'll definitely be happy with their service and professionalism. Eric also went above the call of duty to help me get my blinds adjusted so they'll fit in the new windows. Will definitely go back to them for future installations.

I thought of replacing windows for years but hesitated to put it in action, mainly because I don't want to go through all kinds of hassle. During this pandemic lockdown, and with the extra time at home, I decided to pick up the phone and started to call for quotes. Eric from Crown wasn't the first representative I called, but his professional and friendly service has won my heart. After the installation was done, I have found one of the windows has a scratch mark. Eric showed up quickly and placed the order for a replacement glass. He also fixed a ripped screen for me. I have the peace of mind knowing Eric will take care of my windows from now on.

Replaced a 25 year old patio door which leads from my MBR to 2nd floor balcony. Workmanship by Michael was excellent and it only took 2 hours from start to finish. There was a small glitch in fit since the balcony was build after the house and the patio door added to replace windows so it was not a standard size opening. Even so, Crown Windows and Doors stood behind their quote and Michael did a great job 2020-09-10.

Eric was our sales contact and was exceptionally quick to respond to quotes and any other questions we had along the way. He was easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions. Michael and his installation team were very professional and completed 22 windows and 1 patio door in 2 days. One of the arched windows was not ready when they performed the initial install, however it along with 2 other defective windows were replaced a couple of weeks later without hassle by the manufacturer. Overall very satisfied with their service and the quality of the installation.

I am so happy Crown windows were chosen to do my windows! They showed up on time (actually early) The guys were so polite and respectful. They did an amazing job, and the bonus to the job was how well they cleaned up afterwards. After they left, I had a question about a lock they fitted. John was there within a couple of hours of speaking to him! Now thats what I call service!

The team of 3 arrive early to begin work. I was surprise how fast they removed the windows and started to install new windows brick to brick. They insulated, caulked and trimmed each window. I expected they would finish early, but installing the bay window took a little more time. The patio door was replaced with no problems. They cleaned up after by removing the debris and swept the floors.
The team was very efficient and professional throughout the installation.
