Good service, works very efficiently. Changed all the windows in my house within just a day, my house is pretty big. The salesperson is very tentative and easy to call him to come help me. Even my neighbours said they did very well.

The sales manager is very knowledgeable of the products. He provided me with the choices and catered to my needs with a given budget. He checked with me after the installation to ensure that I am satisfied with the windows that I chose. The technical team was very professional. The crew kept the place very tidy and cleaned up to an acceptable standard. Overall great job!

I have Crown changed my windows 2 years ago. They changed over 20 doors and patio doors. Great service with very good price. I made many quotations and I am glad that I chose Crown. Crown is very honest and understanding. I referred it to my Neighbour in the summer 2015. It was done beautifully and my Neighbour was very happy. I then decided to change some Windows. I called Crown in early December and hoped the job could be done before winter hit. To my surprise, they came to measure the next day. My windows were made within 2 weeks and the installation for my 10 Windows only took 3 hours and they sent in 3 strong workers!! It was clean and neat. I strongly recommend you to contact Crown right away if you are reading this review and considering to replace your Windows and doors. Yes one last thing, the after sale service is excellent too- one screw didn't look good and I asked for a replacement (I am very demanding). Eric answered the phone and he sent in a person the same evening to change it for me. I paid already and they still care and deliver immediate attention and warm service to its customer. I feel respected. Eric and his staff really make his customers as their VIPs.

Replaced 23 old windows with new fully vinyl/plastic replacements. Installation was brick-to-brick. Windows were ready quickly and the office picked good weather days for the work. The installers were very professional and fast. Even the house alarm technician was impressed by the quality of their work which was finished in about 1.5 days. We are very happy with the new windows and already notice a difference with less condensation and drafts.

We replaced all nine windows 6 years ago by Crown Windows and Doors. Last month, I found the window crank handle worn out need to be replaced. I did not call ahead to check availability. I went to their Kennedy Road office. Eric remembered he came to my house to do quotation. I bought two handles. (One to replace the worn handle, the other one to keep as spares. Because it is one hour driving distance to go to Scarbourough from my house downtown.)

Our house is almost 20 years old and we have wanted to replace our windows, doors and garage doors for the past year. We finally received a reasonable quote within our planned budget from Crown Windows & Doors this past summer. However it was Eric's excellent customer service during our first consultation that made us finally decide to go with them over another company. Glad we did since the customer service and support proved to be top quality as did the materials we selected from. Eric and his team provided us with cost conscious selections that look great and will last us longer than our builder grade materials. We were most impressed by their efficient work and professional service, and of course their ability to stay within our strict budget. We were able to replace in total all new 24 Windows, 1 Patio Door, 1 Front Entrance Door, and 2 Single Garage Doors, including all new trims, frames and locks. This all only took 2 days to complete!

I've used Crown Windows & Doors for the following now: front door replacement, bedroom window replacement (4), basement window replacement (2), main floor window replacement (2). Eric was very accommodating for house visits for quotes, and knowledgeable and approachable. The installation team delivered good work, was tidy and worked hard (in our summer heat!).
Crown was again very accommodating when we first made a rush order (which Eric put through for us) but we later had to reschedule to a later date. Crown made no issue of the change and was very easy to deal with.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and door, the installation workmanship and our pleasant dealings with Eric and his team. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.
