Chris was friendly, professional and proactive. He was responsive to our inquiries and very knowledgeable. He performed the work efficiently and charged exactly what he quoted. We have since invited him back to do more work.

Chris did a great job. He was hired to do the plumbing for 2 bathrooms. Chris noticed the copper plumbing was in bad shape and had to be replaced. The quality of the work and attention to detail is so noticeable. He replaced and improved our plumbing system and we are so pleased with what he did. We felt he went above and beyond our expectations in the work quality. The taps and fixtures he installed when replacing our old system are top of the line. Not only that, he is well mannered and pleasant which is something we notice as we are in business ourselves. Things didn't always go smoothly and yet he was always positive. We definitely recommend him, you will be pleased with the result.

604 was great, Chris had to make four separate trips to the house in order to complete the job due to not being able to proceed as other trades had not finished their work. He was a pleasure to deal with and his his final invoice was extremely fair.

604 Plumbing Services LTD. was hired to replace an old hot water baseboard heater in a bathroom that was being upgraded. Upon completion we noticed a safety concern with the old cast iron boiler and suggested it be replaced. We provided the client with 2 options. one being replacing the cast iron boiler with a similar one. The other a heating/hot water on demand combo system, they choose the combo system.
We were pleased with the service provided by 604 Plumbing Services ltd. The work was professionally completed at a reasonable cost. Chris was very easy to work with. We especially appreciated his prompt response to any inquiries we had. Would hire this company again.

Called 604 Plumbing for an urgent help due to a bursted water pipe in my basement. Chris from 604 Plumbing responded back to me immediately and showed up at my door within 1/2 hour. This is something that I appreciated the most, other companies couldn't do it.

I would use 604 plumbing again their work was perfect. Chris stands behind what he does. He had a bad connection on one controller and came to fix the problem within 2 hours of the call.

Chris came to our rented townhouse to look at a leaky kitchen faucet. He changed out the faucet and advised that the countertop would later need to be replaced (which we knew). He also replaced three bathroom faucets that were leaking. When the kitchen sink continued to leak, Chris advised us the countertop must need immediate replacement. He said he could do it himself. He gave us a quote, ordered the materials, and arranged all the work with our tenants. We couldn't be more pleased, since we live out of town we have to rely on good people like Chris to do excellent work, unseen by us.

Chris is awesome. He’s on time, efficient, reliable, knows what he's doing... and I completely trust him in my home. I hired him to install new plumbing for two sets of laundry machines located on different floors. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and it was quality work. We hired Chris to do gas line installation and plumbing in our home based reviews in Homestars. He installed gas lines in the crawl space, replaced an electric stove to gas stove, installed hook fan and did plumbing for the dish washer and refrigerator.
1) He was very punctual. Always came on promised time, finished work on time and budget, and left the work place clean and tidy.
2) Did everything in the proper way. We had some confusion regarding installation of hood fan over the gas stove. Chris contacted authorities and got clarfication. He was not ready to bend the code for the sake of winning the contract.
3) Selection of right materials for the work. When he found the regulator that came with the stove was not good enough, he replaced with a proper one, all included in his original quote.
4) Honest and strigh-forward. He was not ready to cheap out at the cost of quality of work. At the same time when things were working properly, he always acknowledged and did not create any unnecessary work.
5) Very friendly and easy to work with.
Needless to say, I am very impressed and happy with Chris's work. If you need a professional with solid experience, he is the guy to go for. Much better than going for a big company who will be sending different person each time you call.
