Last February, Bluewave came to our home to repair water heater issues. After a successful repair, we discussed replacing the heater and having to remove some basement walls to get the old one out and new one in. We were told June or July. With many delays and apologies, the project was completed in just 3 days last week. (October)
Richard and Brian were quick, pleasant and efficient. I'd suggest better efforts to communicate delays to clients - letting them know they're 'not forgotten' and staying proactive with an expected schedule instead of the client continually having to get in touch.
Yes, I would recommend Bluewave for future service.
