The guys Andy and Tony were on time and I paid what I was quoted.The experience was totally professional and they cleaned up the little mess there was left behind.I live in a 40 yr old condo and it needed a new patio door . I was extremely happy with the whole job overall.It went quickly and looks fantastic I highly recommend ALL STAR HOME for anyone looking for a very professional experience from start to finish for all of your window and door needs. a 10 out of 10 experience for me!!!!!!.

I had 3 estimators from 3 different companies and Tony was the only one who showed me a sample product and gave me a detailed quote. He and his team worked very hard and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the new windows and doors. My home is warmer and quieter and they look great! Thanks Tony and Andy!

Let me start off by saying that I have been a contractor for over 9 years, so this review is also my professional and informed evaluation.
We needed new windows for our 30 year old house as we still had the original single pane sliders. We found All Star Home via a google search and looking for positive, informed reviews.
We called Tony and he was very frank and professional , which I appreciate. We made an appointment which accommodated my difficult schedule, also appreciated. He also insisted that we both be present to make an informed decision together. As soon as Tony walked in I could see that he was an installer. Take it from me, the most knowledgeable and most honest renovation salesmen are generally those which have worked extensively with the product that they are selling.
Tony sold me the best windows they had. What I liked was that they only carried a select few brands that they trusted and came with an extensive and comprehensive warranty. he worked with us for an hour to select the windows that were best suited to our needs and budget. We live in Beddington overlooking the airport and Deerfoot trail so noise reduction as well as energy efficiency was our top priority.
He spoke to both of us equally, looked us in the eyes when he spoke and was very knowledgeable about his products. We were given an exact start date once the windows were in the warehouse and they were there on time. Having to work, I had absolutely no issue leaving Tony a key. They completed the project in 2 days only because it rained halfway through day 1. The only extra charge came about because they uncovered a vent pipe in the washroom while enlarging the opening for our bathroom window. Tony called my wife back to the house so that she could approve his decision to have his installer reroute the pipe, a very simple operation requiring only basic plumbing skills. we supplied the required materials from Home Depot and were charged much less for the extra labour than a plumber would have charged. All in all an expert installation. Properly sealed and perfectly square and plumb ( I checked myself).
As for cleanliness, all of our hardwood floors were properly covered (my wife confirmed when she went to approve the extra labour) and i checked for dings and scratches, which there were none. All debris and rubbish were meticulously cleared away and brought off site. The floors were swept clean.
As for cost, Tony gave us a quote right on the spot which is uncommon for a contractor, especially at 9 at night when he undoubtedly just wants to go home. He then asked for a very modest
down payment, 30% to help cover the cost of ordering the windows. We were given a legal receipt with the company letterhead and information printed on it for our peace of mind. Tony's quote was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive.
We love our windows. We have already noticed a significant reduction in heating bills. And the noise? when the windows are closed and locked , you can't hear a single car outside and you can BARELY hear the jets which literally fly over our house.
We were very happy with our decision, would definitely recommend All Star Home to friends and family, and look forward to doing business with Tony in the future.

Love the windows! Our house is 30+ years old and some windows have deteriorated. Tony did a great job of supplying the right windows at a good price. The install team were on time, courteous and skilled. Will definately contact Tony for more windows next year.

Tony is an absolute delight to work with on our house upgrades. He understands budgets and has never pressured us to do more than we can afford at any one time. His work is exceptionally good and we are extremely happy with all our new windows and doors. We will continue to work with Tony as our budget allows and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and colleagues.

Despite our best efforts to maintain the original wood frame windows in our 25+ year old house, they were a nightmare. Between the regular sanding, priming and re-painting, fixing or replacing of weather stripping, faulty window crank hardware, ill-fitting screens, leaks and wood rot, we were totally fed up.

Tony K and his crew have been replacing all of these poor quality original windows throughout the house in three stages, in accordance with our priorities and in-line with our budget. Tony is very knowledgeable and helpful in making sound recommendations to ensure that you make the kind of decisions you won't end up regretting. You won't find a better crew of installers anywhere. These guys know what they're doing and their workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with the quality of our new maintenance-free windows and the installation.

The service and products we received were excellent. The exterior finishing blended in with our existing siding. The products are of superior quality and we can after 2 weeks already feel the energy efficiency of these products. Tony was patient while we made our selections and was on-site for the install. Tony recommended a product that we are satisfied with and the windows will be easy to clean. Our front door is now a showpiece. We had an issue with the swing of one door and it was corrected promptly. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

The team was punctual, professional, quick and cheerful. The team had to deal with 8 tenants, their dogs, cats & belongings. Tony did his best to solve unique problelms that showed up on installation date and his workers went the extra mile to repair cracks in the stucco that had not been their fault. Three Cheers!

My two storey home built in the early '80s required new windows on the top two floors and Tony from All-Star was doing work in the neighbourhood when I went to talk to him. My windows were completed on time as scheduled and my renters seem very happy with the work completed. It made the space inside the home much quieter and they were professionally installed. Tony followed up with the work in the appropriate time frame and seemed helpful and responsive. I would recommend this company to others
