My husband and I recently purchased and moved from our Downtown Condo into a new Townhome in East Vancouver, BC. We are so happy with our new home! From all the extra storage we now have, private garage (no more elevators every 2 hours to take the dog out!!!!) and the Beautiful kitchen for our family gatherings to the whole home buying experience, we are thrilled. The Sales Team answered all our questions and wasn't too "pushy". I really liked that Paul from the Home Owner Service Team walked through with us as we moved in to make note of any little things that needed to be sorted out. He has already even scheduled a 30 day follow up to make sure nothing else pops up! A big thank you to Saraah, Ron and Paul from my Husband, Mark, and I!!!
