Mark runs a business based on honesty, quality, and a genuine care for his clients. He gives a price he knows is fair, and then backs it up with the previously mentioned qualities along with his experience. We have worked with Mark on two separate occasions, and he really has the process down to a science, ensuring the right shutters are installed for the right type of openings. We liked him so much from the first experience we recommended him to our parents who found the value in both his approach and product offering. Our most current experience included an over sized patio door(8 feet) amongst other larger window coverings in our home. Although most would have opted for a more safe, bypass shutter, Mark knew what was best for us and worked with the supplier to ensure the right shutter style(bi-fold shutter) was installed. The result is beautiful and practical beyond measure. Admittedly Mark will do his best to beat all prices, but there will be low baller competitors who try to compete. Don't take the bait, as there is a huge difference between Mark's services and the rest. We're thankful to have found such an experienced professional in Mark, but more importantly that he can relate to the needs of his clients.
