I purchased my very first home in 2011 and on the top of my home priority list was SHUTTERS!
I found Brooklin Blinds online and called the number.... From then on I have been completely satisfied! From Mark's first visit into my bare windowed home I knew he was a professional! He gave me an estimate over the phone based on how many windows and the square footage of my home. He came over in a very timely manner, took measurements, showed all of the samples and colours and was out within an hour.
All of what Mark offers is real. He is straight forward, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He kept me updated and informed over the next couple of weeks about my order and an installation date.
Installation seemed to me like a breeze. Everything fit and was installed quickly and confidently.
I had every window in my home covered and all look fabulous! I have received tons of compliments from family, neighbors and friends. Everyone asks, "who did your shutters?" I always respond "Brooklin Blinds, you want his number?"
