I called them to fix a leaky roof and agreed to the initial price for the $385 charge as I just wanted to get the probelm resolved asap and it was the best price I had gotten by far. Turns out their opinion was that my roof needed to be replaced and not fixed. While I wasn't pleased with the outcome, I was pleased with the fact that that they had the integrity to only charge me $75 (vs $385) that i had already agreed to. They are very responsive and upfront. My only criticism is their turnaround time to get the inspection report back.
