A horrible experience. I bought a group deal with this company thinking that if it worked out then I would know who to call every fall when I needed my gutters cleared. What a mistake! The company didn't show up three times and I had to call and reschedule. Then when they did finally show they told me that they were going to charge an extra $50 because my roof was pointed. When I responded that of course my roof is pointed the service man just shrugged and said that I could call the deal site to get a refund. Unfortunately, since there were so many delays due to them not showing up, the time to get a refund had elapsed. Please beware, I can't help but think that they did this purposefully.
