Due to some serious ice damming our house sprung a leak bad enough to collapse a portion of our kitchen ceiling. One call to AM roof and they sent Steve out to see me within 2 hours. One week later a new roof was installed. Now I rated a 4 only because clean up was sloppy but there's 2 feet of snow on the ground so it was expected but they assured me they will return in the spring for a proper cleanup.

Emergency solved

I met with steve in between Xmas and New Years and was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism I received from beginning to end. His high tech assessment discovered mold in the attic and an unconnected hose as the cause of the mold problem.

The other guys were here 10 minutes and steve was over an hour. We felt like he diagnosed the problem instead of just trying to get a quick sale. I highly recommend calling Am roofing London and booking an inspection with steve

We were in desperate need of a new roof, and lacked funds to pay up front. We called AM Roofing for a quote, and Steve came by. He Showed us video from our rooftop, as well as different building materials and the differences between them. He really took the time to explain, answer all questions, and ensure we were comfortable to move forward. We were able to get great financing, and work started soon after. The roofers were quick and efficient, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up very well after. We now have peace of mind...and a brand new fibreglass roof!
