Rick Appliance Repair

Rick returned my call the same day and a discription of the problem given. He provided me with the possible cause of the problem may be as well as the cost of service and the possible repair cost. (He gave me the opportunity to vent my frustrations over my broken washer and my clothes piling up.) He also scheduled the service appt at my convience, called before he came and was very honest about the cost of the repair. I was very satisified with his assessment and honesty. This is the second time we have had Rick at our home and his respect and communication for the costomer is professional. I highly recommend his service and know for a fact that we will be calling on him for his service again. Thank- you Rick!!!!

Our fridge started some clicking sound when we woke up in the morning. We called Rick and he asked me to describe the problem on the phone. Then he recommended me to turn off the fridge and turn it on after 20 minutes. He said if that fixes the problem, it might just be the power outage issue during the night.
