This company was recommended to us by our carpenter. They came to install new seamless trough at our house. Several of the trough were installed incorrectly, draining the wrong way (away from the downspout) and they did not follow our instructions on the length of two lengths of trough, leaving them too short to allow for proper downspout installation.
Our carpenter fixed the trough to make all the water run toward downspouts, but the two lengths of through that were too short we're never repaired. They asked to come first thing in the spring to do the repair, but after several phone calls and messages left, they refused to commit and would not come out. Then they wouldn't return our phone calls. After three months of waiting, we paid some one else to fix it.
These guys are in it to make quick money and do not seem to care about good workmanship or customer service. I wish I hadn't paid them before they fixed the problem, lesson learned for me.
