When I first contacted Chris from the Advantage House Painters website he responded within 20 minutes. We exchanged a few preliminary emails and then he came to my house to do a full assessment. Chris was always professional and very easy to deal with. He ensured that the job was scheduled and completed at a time when it was least impactful to me as I work from home.
I contracted Chris to do some drywall repair and painting all rooms of my house. Chris made great suggestions when it came to the brand and sheen of paint. Throughout Chris went the extra mile to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard including rerolling a couple of spots that I honestly couldn't see the issue.
Chris was great about confirming the colours of each area as my house is not typical and has a few areas that were hard to describe. He also honoured the quote price when one small wall had to change in colour and helped me with making the right aesthetic decision.
Overall I could not be happier with Chris and his team.
