Scarlett Built Homes has new owners! These two new wonderful people saved this company from certain disaster. Both Kim and Kurt have restored our faith in New Home Builders!! Prior to Kim and Kurt taking over ownership, we had a not-so-great experience with the previous owner. I couldn't say enough negative things about him, but after recent dealings with this company, my mind has been changed. Both my wife and I have been shown respect, and we felt like we were important clients.
Thank you Kurt, and Kim. We wish you the best of success going forward!!

What could this company do to improve their services?
Shut the business down. That would be beneficial to all potential future customers.

BEWARE of Scarlett Built Homes or any company RYAN may be a part of. Scarlett has produced MANY unhappy customers. Run away, FAST!! The customer service provided would have been alright if it had been non-existant. Unfortunately, the builder decided to insult us, swear uncontrollably, yell at the top of his lungs, threaten us, mis-represent himself in his contract, refuse to even talk to my wife after calling her some names that cannot be mentioned here, promise warranty work which is non-existant, etc....
I could go on and on for pages about the antics of a grown man who literally jumps up an down and stomps his feet when there is a hiccup in the building process. Never mind the obscene costs of items he tried to mark up on our custom build.
The best thing you could do is to completely avoid Scarlett Built Homes in Sylvan Lake, or any other company Ryan may be a part of.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID WHEN CHOOSING A BUILDER IN CENTRAL ALBERTA!!!
