We were looking for a reliable company to replace our windows and doors. Walter and Alex were very helpful with advices and suggestions and we together went trough the whole renovation in a professional and timely manner. Everyday we receive complements in our new doors and windows, and the quality of insulation, noise and overall beauty of our home changed drastically.

After looking at quite a lot of different window companies and their differing quality of products and prices we invited Heritage Windows to give us a quote - the sales man was very friendly and knew his product thoroughly, he also brought a sample window for us to view, we were very impressed with the security in the windows and doors and the type of seals used.
We were not hassled by countless 'follow up' telephone calls chasing us for an order, once we made a decision and called Alex (sales person and evaluator) everything moved very quickly and smoothly - just 4-5 weeks from order to installation.
The installer was very friendly, kept us fully informed during the installation and did a very good job. BTW, this fella was very educated in other renovation areas and actually gave us few nice ideas that e are going to implement soon. WE ARE VERY, VERY PLEASED and will not hesitate to recommend friends to Heritage Home Design.

These guys are good. Walter, is a serious business man. You can trust him without a doubt. They replaced my windows including the frame, from brick to brick. The product has an excellent quality. The installers were quick and knowledgeable.

They have done some work for a couple of friends and I've got excellent feedback from them too.

Just moved into our new house and the first step of improving it was replace the windows and front door , alex came with plenty of time to explain and make us comfortable with the project ,About 2 weeks after visiting the show room and shop around for styles and designs we got are windows installed by heritage home design pro and friendly team , we recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors installed by professionals :)
