Patio door, kitchen window and four basement windows
After looking at quite a lot of different window companies and their differing quality of products and prices we invited Heritage Windows to give us a quote - the sales man was very friendly and knew his product thoroughly, he also brought a sample window for us to view, we were very impressed with the security in the windows and doors and the type of seals used.
We were not hassled by countless 'follow up' telephone calls chasing us for an order, once we made a decision and called Alex (sales person and evaluator) everything moved very quickly and smoothly - just 4-5 weeks from order to installation.
The installer was very friendly, kept us fully informed during the installation and did a very good job. BTW, this fella was very educated in other renovation areas and actually gave us few nice ideas that e are going to implement soon. WE ARE VERY, VERY PLEASED and will not hesitate to recommend friends to Heritage Home Design.
