Job wasn't finished and now WOW will not respond
In summer 2019 I hired Wow to paint the front of my home. The crew overall did a great job (prior review describes the experience). However, in 2020 I realized that a mistake had been made an a soffit wasn't painted (picture attached). I understand mistakes can be made, particularly when the crew is rushing to finish the job in one day. The mistake by the crew isn't the issue, the issue is the completely unacceptable follow up by Wow and lack of professionalism is addressing this issue.
In November 2020 I contacted Wow to indicate that the job was not finished and that I would like to arrange a time for it to be completed. Since that time I have sent a dozen plus emails, left phone messages, and sent whatsap messages without having this issue resolved. I have been redirected to service issue phone numbers, been promised calls back, however I have yet to speak to a living person and have not had the painting job completed (it's now July 2021, 9 months after I first contacted Wow).
It's been an incredibly disappointing experience. I don't fault the original crew because I realize mistakes can happen, but I absolutely fault Wow for their follow up customer service and follow up which has been essentially non-existent. In an industry where there are many other painting options, I would not recommend Wow to others.

Hi Shaun - thank you for your feedback. We certainly dropped the ball here on our communication. Your original sales rep no longer works at WOW, so your messages were not being delivered to the right person. Very sorry about this and we will be in touch to rectify this ASAP!
