They really do want to please their customers
Renovating my bathroom I decided to get a professional to finish the drywall mud work and paint. I was quoted based on three days work to complete the mud, prime new work and paint. The work took less than two days and was very hastily completed with many imperfections in the finishing of the plaster. I also wonder about how long things will last as the paint was applied very soon after the drywall compound was put on. I paid for three days work and got a 1 1/2 day job.
Having said that it would seem that Wow is very eager to please. After posting this review I got a call from the owner of the company who
sent a representative back to assess my complaints. They were very anxious to send a painter back to fix the problems but as I had already put the room back together I did not want the fuss and mess of having the work redone. Brent, the owner called me back, acknowledged that the work was not as good as it should have been and asked how he could make it right by me. We agreed on a cash rebate for the work done and I agreed to change the the rating of this review. I now believe that they really do want to do a good job and feel that they would have come back as many times as it would take to make me happy with the job and for that reason I have changed their rating on this site.
