Amir's service was awesome! Super fast, and friendly too! My screen was shattered and I couldn't see a thing - I needed a fast fix. After seeing all the phenomenal reviews, I took my laptop to PCNix. I wasn't disappointed! My hinge was also broken due to a separate incident - when the damage occurred, I just decided to live with it, but Amir fixed that issue as well for a great price. Our laptop, an ASUS G73GH, caught a virus that virtually shut it down. Based on the reviews here, I took it to PCNIX. I mentioned the fans seemed to be running high as well. Plus, I wanted the partions resized as ASUS sets them as 4 @ 250 Gb.
Amir removed the virus (and more) while maintaining all the files & operating system. He showed me a screen shot of all the others he found; some dormant & others running in the background - alot!
The drives were resized and the fans were clogged with fur from our cat(!) Now, it runs like brand new (3 yrs. old) & the fans are almost silent.

Amir achieved everything I hoped for at a fair price. And especially the trust that it is/will be done right. Can't ask for anything more than that.

I purchased a high-end laptop direct from the manufacturer a couple of months ago which suffered a severe fall and ended up with some pretty extensive damage, and of course I hadn't purchased the accidental damage warranty with the machine. The manufacturer took three weeks with the computer before finally telling me that the repairs would cost more than the value of the machine and all they could offer me was a discount on a brand new one, which I could in no way afford after having just purchased the first one. I was a little panicked and felt completely helpless but ended up finding Amir at PCNix online who sounded very confident on the phone about being able to help me out. I dropped off the laptop to him and after explaining to me my options and what he thought we should do, he had everything fixed to like new condition- all within a couple of days and for a grand total of $70! I'm very impressed with Amir and found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and absolutely recommend him to anyone with any computer issues whatsoever.

Amir is amazing...a couple months ago I had problems with my hard drive on my laptop, it was about to fail and I was worried that everything would be lost and didn't know what to do. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He was able to duplicate/restore everything as I had it and then some. I've never been happier with such amazing customer service, and of course a job amazingly well done..... you know when someone loves what they do and want to make their customers happy as well. My laptop is like brand new and better since he and his team looked after it.....thank you so much for the work you put in! I for sure will recommend anyone I know if/whenever they should have issues to PCNix!

My computer had "gone viral" and I phoned Amir in the morning, he agreed to come to my house that same day after work, which was fantastic. He showed up on time, was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed what needed fixing, cleared up a few other issues I brought to his attention and showed me how to make a backup of my data. His pricing was very reasonable and I have had no issues since he left. He also researched for me a cable I wanted and sent me the details in an e-mail the next day, great follow-up service. I found PCNix via websearch for computer repair in Toronto. I phoned Amir at PCNix and he was immediately helpful and reassuring that he would be able to repair my computer. I went to his shop and he was friendly, helpful and most important confident as to what he was going to do to repair my problem. I left the computer in his capable hands and one business day later it was back in my own, working great and with his assured help if I needed it again in the future he would be there. I found his pricing fair and the quality of service excellent. Honesty, trustworthiness and knowledge are very important for us that do not know how to repair our own computers. Nothing but rave reviews for Amir and PCNix. I stupidly cracked my laptop screen in Sydney, Australia, where they didn't have my brand of computer in the country, so I brought it with me while I was in town for only a couple of days. Can't say enough of PCNix. Excellent experience the first time. My wife while travelling somehow damaged her Dell XPS 13 couple of weeks ago. The laptop would power on but nothing would come up on the display. After searching for few repair places online, I went to PCNix based on couple of positive reviews on Yelp. I'm just so glad I took the laptop to him. Amir was very professional. He looked at the issue right away and provided his thought on what could be wrong from something simple to the worst case scenario in these type of laptops.
