Pest & Animal Control review in Toronto

Hired Hawkeye to look after a pigeon problem at our home. I selected them mainly because they were the only company that actually answered the phone. In any case they came and installed spikes, showed up on time and were courteous. A few weeks later a couple of the spike strips came loose and they repaired the problem promptly and free of charge.

6 months later I have pigeons nesting behind the strips so I am waiting for Hawkeye to tell me what they can do. After speaking with them a couple of times and leaving several messages they would not get back to me. I was even willing to pay them to return! I wont ever use Hawkeye or recommend them to anyone else.

My issue with them has been communication - getting a call back or some form of resolution. I have had to call them more than several times yet I still do not have a solution. Too much follow up required.
