Thank you for your review. Our installers arrive between 8-10 in the morning to all job sites. They put drop sheets in the work areas and start to remove the windows. We apologize for any excess dust however please understand it is construction and it is hard to prevent small dust particles from spreading throughout the house. In regards to the glass from the original window which was forgotten; you said, "no rush, when you are in the area". We have not been in your area and in the next shortly while it will get picked up. As for the noise reduction, I'm sure you have not noticed it yet however it will absolutely make a difference as the spacer in the glass reduce vibration and that automatically will reduce noise. Finally, Nicole came by to check up on the job and make sure that all materials arrived. Most importantly the windows were the correct colour and style. Please understand she just wanted to guide you to post a review as many people promise to post and never do or say they don't know how. So we do apologize if you felt it was inappropriate. We value your business and if there is anything we can do to make your 8 review a 10 we would be more than happy to do so.
