At first this company, its owner and representatives appear to not only be highly trustworthy but also caring. However, they not only left several items at my former address but they also lost a valuable piece of art. It has been 3 months since they moved me and they have ignored both my efforts to find a resolution but also the attempts by my attorney to simply ascertain the name of their insurer so as to make a claim. I have finally submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them at all costs and don’t fall for their seemingly professional facade. Their packer, Lorena is the only reason I have appointed them one star.
