Mold Remediation - Outstanding Company !
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Limzak for a mold remediation project. Total remediation took about a week. When they were done, we got an independent mold test that indicated that all but normal minute traces of mold were removed from the home--it was remarkably clean!
I really felt like the crew were always responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and professional in all their dealings with us. They always explained things thoroughly. When I arrived onsite during the work, one of the crew members stopped what he was doing and walked me through what they had done thus far and what was left to do. The worksite was always kept clean and orderly, which I think is the mark of a professional organization.
I think they did an outstanding job and would definitely use them again. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing water/mold remediation like we did, you will be in good hands with Limzak. I would not hesitate to recommend Limzak to others needing this kind of special service.
